- Defined IBM's strategy and execution plan for Talent Management solutions including solutions acquired into IBM and organic solutions based on AI technologies. - Partnered with IBM Services and IBM HR to create a broader IBM POV on Talent Strategy in the world of digital and cognitive business disruption - Expanded the go to market plans for the solutions to include extensive channel routes and digital routes to market.

- Led the building of IBM's Cloud Integration and API Management solutions to support the broader Digital Transformation product lines including acquisitions like StrongLoop into IBM. - Helped grow IBM's existing messaging and integration businesses by double digits with the introduction of new additions to the portfolio and revitalizing the engagement with a world wide customer base. - Built a GTM strategy that expanded from direct sellers to channels and digital routes - Grew a team of product managers to support the growing product lines and the breadth of routes to market.

- Was the Chief-of-Staff for IBM's General Manager for Middleware, Mobile and Strategic partnerships. Its a role defined to provide new executives exposure to running large multi-billion dollar units at IBM.

- Led a WW team of Product Managers to define vision, strategy and ensure product execution for IBM's solutions for data privacy and security. This included being part of a core team that acquired new solutions into this business unit.

- Let the IBM Information Integration business including product vision and execution plans, 3 different product acquisitions into the team and sales enablement plans. - Also spent half the year in Europe building out the European business through a four year timeframe.

- Managed IBM's breath of Data Integration solutions including solution for ETL, Replication , Federation and Data Quality.

- Lead IBM's key solutions for Data Integration right after the acquisition of Ascential Software which brought this product line into IBM. - was part of the technical integration team for the acquisition of Ascential Software
