And also be able to resolve any barriers that might arise before or during the project. • Interpersonal conflicts, detect penetrating assumptions as well as systematic management skills. • Being able to assign and supply any resources needed for a project. This was a key aspect of any of the workshop and being able to work well in a team allows an effective execution of a project. • I also was involved in my activities such as making success stories for the NGO, designing excel spread sheets for vital information, helping the team with the interviews (picking candidates that fit for the post for project officer and senior project officers). • I was given the chance to represent ADESO in a workshop (WASH workshop, Isiolo) hosted by MWA and give a presentation to partners about the project that ADESO was involved with. Main key board members such as FH, Save The Children, World Vision and private sectors were present.
