I conduct comprehensive scoping calls with clients to ensure we're aligned on project specifications. Working closely with designers, we use Figma to create high-fidelity mockups that integrate client feedback and align with their overall vision. I manage our development and QA teams to make sure we stick to timelines and maintain high quality standards. Additionally, I oversee client testing phases, manage the rollout of new features, and prioritize bug fixes and future enhancements. This comprehensive approach ensures a smooth transition through the review and launch phases of our projects.

2022 - 2023

  • Co-founder & Creative Director

    2022 - 2023

This project was an exciting chance to learn more about the interplay between art and technology. Each CAT image was constructed from a selection of over 200 art layers drawn in Procreate that were generatively combined by a customized Hashlips Art Generator. CAT names and descriptions were created through a combination of human creativity and a trained GPT-3 model. CATs were generated in advance and curated for aesthetics by our team before releasing them into the wild once minted onto the Ethereum blockchain. We utilized an upgradeable smartcontract (fortunately because we did hit a severe bug with our first release which locked funds in the contract) which allows us to continue to develop the project after mint. Our website was custom built to walk users through a ritual experience before minting up to 3 CATs per wallet address.

2021 - 2022

  • Co-Founder & Head of Product

    2021 - 2022

Bount was a venture-backed consumer marketplace for incentivized requests. Our initial strategy was to focus on connecting creators to their audience, and helping the long tail of the creator economy to better monetize their content through paid requests from fans, followers, and brands. The first iteration of the platform saw creators building simple profiles including links to their social channels, a short bio, a photo, and a "make a request" button. We quickly determined that an open-ended form like this introduced a high level of friction for the requesting user. When faced with unlimited possibilities, what does one choose? Unsurprisingly, the answer was sometimes nothing. We quickly iterated to add the new feature "Offers" which allowed creators to create templated requests for their fans based on the requests they were already getting from their social channels, which increased organic requests by 150%. We also realized that our request claiming process was cumbersome and confusing, so we worked to streamline both onboarding and the steps it took creators to complete a request and earn their reward, which resulted in increased claim submission and improved creator satisfaction. We began to see signs of product-market fit in certain underserved niches of the creator economy sector in the late summer, with a lot of excitement from the indie musician and cosplayer communities. Unfortunately, Bount faced the economic headwinds that many others did in the Fall of 2022 and without solid evidence of a path to seed stage growth milestones in the next 9 months, we made the hard call to close the business in December.
