Oversaw custom-designed hardware, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and Big Data into a suite of smart, Internet of Things (IoT) solutions that monitor a pet’s location, health, fitness, and safety. • Accountable for a $50MM P&L, day-to-day operations, investor relations, and the interface to the company’s parent Mars, Inc. • Rationalized, restructured, and reorganized operations to reduce costs • 2X revenue year over year by simplifying the online purchasing process, streamlining the product line mix, focusing marketing dollars on key products, and opening up new retail channels. • Spearheaded the redesign of the company’s e-commerce Website, which led to a 3000% improvement in the conversion rate, reduced shopping cart abandonment by 40%, and improved NPS score by 50%. • Redesigned the mobile app to increase pet data visibility, enhance ease of use, and augment the pet health alerts, reducing the churn in the mobile subscription service by 25%.
