Lead of Ewasm & Co-lead of Solidity

2016 - 2022

Starting 2015 worked as a researcher and engineer in the EthereumJS team. Created libraries such as ethereumjs-wallet and contributing heavily to ethereumjs-vm and other core packages. The Ewasm team spun out of EthereumJS with me taking leadership for a number of years. We have worked on implementing Ethereum-flavoured Webassembly (Ewasm in short) and performed research around execution on Ethereum, including EVM and "Eth 2.0". Parallel to this work have been contributing to language design and compiler engineering on Solidity starting 2015, later assuming co-lead position helping Christian build out the team, and finally both of us transitioning off.

Signatur was one of the first companies in Ireland to conduct research about different blockchain applications. We have created concepts and prototypes, such as a direct instant payment network between China and Europe. Signatur was involved with leading financial companies in Ireland to conduct its research during the Fintech Innovation Lab and the NDRC Launchpad programme.
