Worked as a Logistics Analyst in the Customers Support team of Schenker Aerospace Competence Center for the Americas in Miami, FL. This includes: - Developped and implement new internal and external Key Performance Indicators reporting tools and methods to measure achievements against contractual terms - Analysed transportation trade lanes to suggest and implement performance and cost saving solutions - Supported Regional Account Manager and Key Account Coordinator in the implementation of SAFRAN contract domestic in North America - Supported the Key Account Coordinator to identify and troubleshoot operational issues on all SAFRAN trade lanes (domestic and international) - Developped and propose an overall Quality report for Aerospace Vertical Market activity
