Responsible for the entire GTM for the company's creator business (250k+ entrepreneurs driving transaction revenue derived from $4bn plus in annual GMV). Initiated, built, and launched the entire go to market to acquire and engage dental base. Over five years, scaled from 0 dentists on the platform to over 120,000 leading into acqusition by Cigna. Background: Founded by internet entrepreneur Jake Winebaum, Brighter, a technology company bringing unprecedented transparency and connectivity to the healthcare industry, was backed by some of the world’s most-respected investors including Mayfield Fund, General Catalyst, and Benchmark Capital; and was acquired by Cigna in 2017. Joining the company as one of its earliest employees, Allison created, built and lead the provider sales, marketing and customer service teams, scaling the division to serve 120,000 dentists nationally.
