• Driven a strong safety culture with a clear focus on HSE processes and standards • Managed $20M annual budget in a unionized aluminum smelter • Led a team of 5 supervisors, 4 engineers, 2 planners, and accountable for 51 operators and 12 maintainers

• Project manager for high value projects and continuous improvement initiatives • Managed a portfolio for the smelter operations for $100M cost saving, cost avoidance and value creation initiatives

Technology Consultant (Natural Resources)

2015 - 2017

• Deployed a Digital Turnaround project to support Suncor’s Fort Hills safety, productivity and cost-reduction activities by leveraging workforce location tracking and integration with other legacy data • Led Offshore SAP Consultants in conjunction with Rio Tinto business requirements: governance, support of day-to-day operations, implementation of change requests, and stakeholder management

Maintenance Supervisor / Planner

2013 - 2015

• Led Plant Operational Readiness project of an iron ore concentrator at Northern Quebec and commissioned the crushing and sizing plant with zero lost time • Supervised mobile and plant maintenance crews: including emergency first response, reinforcement of site-wide HSE regulations and cross-cultural (Aboriginal) work environment

Maintenance Engineer

2011 - 2012

• Planned, scheduled, and supervised the execution of $1.5M projects with in-house trades and external contractors during a 3-week planned shutdown • Developed a preventive maintenance program based on criticality lists, vendor recommendations and personal experience
