Co-teaching a three week Service Design intensive in CIID's graduate Interaction Design Programme covering both theory and praxis, as well as co-leading and facilitating a two week end-of-year Industry Project where students get to engage with a client on exploring real world design challenges.

As a member of Movable Ink's executive leadership team, I oversaw a joyful group of product managers, product designers, product trainers, content strategists, researchers, and brand designers delivering effective enterprise product solutions, as well as the Movable Ink brand experience.

Originally hired in to build out Movable Ink's design team, covering everything from brand design to product design to research. During that time we elevated Movable Ink from a business to a brand, built a suite of creative software tools for marketers, established Fluid - the Movable Ink design system, and built out a full research program to inform product and design strategy.

Acquired by Nativo, March 2019 SimpleReach was an analytics platform for digital publishers; with realtime, predictive, and historical analytics, publishing teams could easily identify and amplify their best content (both editorial and branded). I joined the team in the seed stage and helped it grow to over 80 employees. Over the years I ran design, product, and user experience from concept to full product/market fit, going from zero revenue to consistent 3x growth in SaaS revenue over two years.

Acquired by Airbnb, July 2012 At NabeWise I was the Creative Director for a start-up focused on understanding and matching people with neighborhoods. I led design, user research, and user experience from ideation to implementation; crafted beautiful, usable, cross channel interfaces and workflow; and collaborated on business model development going form pre-revenue to six-figure ARR.
