I lead cross-functional teams building experiences that make Messenger more useful and engaging, with the goal of growing our app from a successful product into a profitable business. All these initiatives are zero-to-one efforts that touch different core aspects of our product and require strong collaboration with engineering, product designers, data scientists, and various teams across the company. Because education has truly changed my life, I'm also very passionate about career development. I'm involved with different programs at Facebook, including our Rotatial PM (RPM) program and internal efforts for PM onboarding and continued education. Currently I manage RPMs that work on increasingly complex projects across the company to develop the skills required to be successful leaders at Facebook. In the past I worked on location-based products for our main app. Building on top of the foundation we started at my previous startup Glancee, my team developed a background location engine that is now used at scale to power Nearby Friends and various other applications.

Glancee is a location-based app that helps you discover the hidden connections you share with the people around you. Glancee highlights people who have friends in common with you, attend your school, work in your company, or simply share interests similar to yours. You can use Glancee to explore the profiles of people in your area, or you can be notified when someone interesting is nearby. When you notice someone, message them and meet up for coffee. Create new, meaningful connections with people important to you.
