    Led the product team responsible for the consumer product experiences on Facebook Messenger, including all consumer touch-points and interfaces (navigation, messaging, media, group messaging, etc.) and core product performance (cold/warm start, reliability, etc.). Facebook Messenger grew from ~600M -> 1.2B monthly active users during my time on the team. I'm also passionate about early career development and was involved with the Facebook Rotational PM (RPM) program. I managed several "vintages" of RPMs and later helped develop new RPM managers.
