Influenced almost a thousand of engineers that run search experiments across the company: created a new human-annotated relevance metric used to validate every experiment, benchmark with competitors and report to SVPs. The new mechanism covered 200+ of experiments to improve on this metric in a year, translating into +$2B of incremental revenues.

Grew a profitable market leading solution used by Fortune 500 companies, being in charge of product and operations (CPO & COO).
