Credit Karma Home guides its members through the frustrating process of buying or refinancing a home. We leverage our members’ credit, income and asset data to show them how much home they can afford or how much they can save in a refinance situation. Depending on the member’s situation, we can recommend real estate agents or offer a pre-qualification letter they can use with our vetted loan partners. We're building the groundwork to automate member qualification and loan package creation for our partners, enabling us to make more high-quality connections, saving partners time and money.

(Acquired by Credit Karma, August 2018) If you've ever bought a house, you know just how painful the process is. The same documents sent over and over. Sometimes over email (insecure); sometimes over fax (really?) The vision for Approved is simple: connect your bank accounts mint.com style, do an immediate financial analysis on a potential borrower, and give an instant pre-approval decision. Buyers are able to get an immediate sense if they would even qualify for a loan, and can shave weeks off of a lengthy and invasive process. Lenders save time and money off the cost of producing a loan, and provide a world-class product experience to their customers.
