Technical team international expansion strategy. Sourced and engaged highly specialised engineering teams in Malta, the UK, South Africa and UAE. Set-up of short and long-term incentive plans including company equity incentive plans. Integration of People teams across seven countries, supporting +400 employees.

Managed the HR Service Delivery team (8) for Canada and Latin America (14 countries). Special focus on leading the transition of a geography-centered model to a shared service center approach. Supported a wide range of corporate programs within the broader International HR Service Delivery team. Assisted various business groups with M&A transactions across the region. Project Manager for international initiatives such as Benefit Administration outsourcing (AON Hewitt) and Corporate Policy compliance (ASPR).

Head of HR for Southern Cone and IT

Based in Chile and Argentina. Co-led the set-up of a Tech Development Center in Chile. Recruited highly qualified engineers throughout Latin America and relocated them to Chile. Managed recruiting, mobility, performance management, employee support, leadership training and budget allocation. Responsible for recruitment, office management, labor relations and variable compensation for all Business Units of the Southern Cone (Chile, Argentina and Uruguay). Led several executive search projects for Chile and Brazil. Managed a team of 8 HR professionals across the region.
