Completed the successful stand up of the full technology organization and all functions for MyFitnessPal after divestiture from Under Armour. • Executed on transition and separation from Under Armour of all Software Development, QA, Data Science, Data Engineering and PMO functions. • Created Cyber Security and IT teams and worked with Francisco Partners to complete initial security assessments. • Took on additional role as interim Head of Product from February-April 2020, leading Product, Creative and Customer Happiness teams to reset roadmaps towards a stable, standalone company mission and vision.

Built and led the first unified Engineering team crossing all digital experiences at Under Armour. Team product scope included MapMyFitness, MyFitnessPal, Endomondo, Global eCommerce Applications and the HOVR(TM) Connected shoe. •Drove the implementation of a CDP and cloud data warehouse, integrating user data and analytics for all eCommerce and connected fitness customers. •Replatformed legacy eCommerce solutions to Salesforce and integrated with data, marketing and supply chain platforms. •Partnered externally for specification, creation and delivery of the HOVR(TM) Connected Shoe hardware into the supply chain and shoe manufacturing. Directly responsible for the firmware and algorithms that provide real-time coaching and analytics from the connected shoe to the MapMyFitness app. Exited Under Armour with the sale of MyFitnessPal to Francisco Partners in December 2020.

Sold by Vista Equity Partners and merged with PowerSchool in August 2018. • Scope of responsibilities include: Architecture, User Experience Design, Development, QA, DevOps, Infrastructure, IT Security and Project Management. • Drove the technology integration of four acquisitions (Performance Matters, TeacherMatch, Netchemia, SearchSoft) • Introduced design thinking across the company.

• Led a 500-member global development team responsible for building and delivering all of the systems and cloud software for IBM’s $3B POWER and OpenPOWER business. • IBM Design Executive for Cognitive & POWER Systems (http://www.ibm.com/design/). • Key areas of technical responsibility include; hardware simulation, firmware, virtualization, systems management tools, OpenStack, test, documentation and translation. • Experienced in both Open and proprietary technologies.

• Responsible for the integrity and agility of the infrastructure and platforms within the WW Cloud Innovation Lab. The global team included centers in Austin, TX, Southbury, CT, India and Costa Rica. • Built one of IBM's first green data centers. • Delivered the infrastructure and facility for a first-of-a-kind joint offering with AT&T for a secure, data storage cloud infrastructure. • Developed additional innovation on cloud delivery including data analytics and rapid backup & deploy.

• Successfully transitioned the infrastructure of DEMOcentral into a cloud platform capable of delivering high-potential customer demonstrations, PoTs and PoCs for the worldwide sales teams. • Grew usage 10x in 3 years, leading to over $3B in client revenue opportunities per year. • Created a management operations center for DEMOcentral using IBM products that is highlighted as a reference platform for Energy Management solutions.
