Polygon strives to solve the scalability and usability issues on Ethereum, while not compromising on decentralization and leveraging the existing developer community and ecosystem. Polygon leverages off-chain scaling to provide scalability and superior user experience to DApps/user functionalities built on top of Ethereum. My responsibilities include: - Defining the Polygon product roadmap - Acting as the bridge between Research, Economics and Engineering functions - Defining technical specs for product features and research elements - Product and project management across all modules - Handling integrations with Partner networks and DApps - API documentation - Recruiting and maintaining a great team - Third party developer network buildout and documentation

GST Integration of third-party ERP and accounting software with the IRIS GST solution, in keeping with the mandate brought by the Government of India. Carbon Cloud based platform for enterprise reporting. The product is targeted for US public companies and mutual funds which need to file disclosures to the SEC, along with corporate filers in Italy and UK. Led a 40+ cross-functional team through a complete overhaul of the product, resulting in significant UX workflow and design improvements and application performance optimization, along with better code maintainability. The product is now gaining customer traction, with early customers comparing the product favorably against the incumbent products.

Responsibilities: Co-founder / Product Manager for 2 products - HealthTrac Remote vital health parameters monitoring platform through third-party wearable devices. Call center backend to co-ordinate with medical professionals for a subscription based fee. - HealthOne SaaS based clinic management tool for doctors, provided free of cost. Revenue model was to create a targeted marketing channel for medical professionals and sell ads . Responsibilities: • Member of the Life Sciences Solutions and Consulting Group at Cognizant, Pune • Worked on LabVantage Sapphire LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems) implementations for 3 clients, viz. Parker Hannifin, Bristol Water and Schlumberger. Was wholly responsible for leading the team and ensuring project completion for the first 2 client projects • Worked on the Clinical Trial Data Migration for 10 trials for Merck Inc. as a Business Mapper – mapping proprietary clinical trial data formats into the industry-standard CDISC SDTM format, working along with senior medical professionals (MD, MBBS) and co-ordinating with the Informatica and Java development team to ensure end-to-end migration • Worked on the competency building activity for positioning a proprietary SDTM mapping application to be offered as a product for the company
