As part of the Climate Justice Fellowship program in collaboration with NYSERDA, I'm contracted as a mentor to Climate Justice Fellows working in climate-related companies throughout New York State. In this role, I provide guidance and support to a group of CJF participants, assisting them in navigating the intricacies of climate work within both startups and established organizations. Making a meaningful impact in advancing climate justice initiatives across the state.

Lead Product Developer, Solar and Storage team

Create new products and programs that make solar and storage adoption easier and more valuable for National Grid customers, including marginalized and disadvantaged communities. Helping our customers move to clean energy sources is one of the pillars of our decarbonization strategy as we strive toward a clean, fair, and affordable energy future. Leading the deployment of our first solar grazing program in order to scale up more sustainable forms of solar, while regenerating our soils.

Working with organizations for new business growth by establishing innovation management capabilities. Project Experience: • Hult Prize Accelerator (Social Impact accelerator, with a $1M prize for the winning team) o Mentored and trained the 6 finalist teams for the 2015 HP accelerator o Assisted to write and build the case for 2015 challenge in Early Childhood Education, conducting expert interviews to support case findings • Mentored and trained over 70 companies in Colombia through the process of Innovation Management in the "Colciencias Sistemas de Innovación 10X IXLerator program", while assisting the project management of the accelerator program for 4 consecutive years, with a total of 450 companies (in the fields of: Computer Science, Food and Beverage, Health Care, Manufacturing, Energy, Real Estate, Transportation,) o Worked as City Leader for 2 consecutive years, overseeing the development of the program and managing a team of local consultants o Over 50% of the companies’ projects where digital product implementations • Leader of team recruitment for the Innovation Olympics (The world's Largest Innovation Consulting Competition). Operations Specialist

Private company providing specialized services in preventive maintenance for corporate trucks and vehicle fleets. Primary clients include Pepsi-Cola Venezuela and Cervecería Polar, the #1 beer company in Venezuela. Oversaw four regional managers and over 50 technicians nationwide. Led and executed the restructure of the logistics and operations processes. • Led a project to optimize operations by designing and implementing an Android APP for fleet maintenance management • Managed application developers and translated needs of technicians into technical requirements. • Reduced maintenance reporting time from 30 days to 1 day, by implementing an application tool that allowed technicians to report their data from the field. • Reduced Regional managers monthly planning time from 4 hours to 30 minutes by developing interactive macros and dynamic tables in Excel that automated the planning process through analysis of monthly data. • Mapped and documented all the operations processes of the company by rewriting the operations manual for every operational role, thereby increasing employee engagement and improving HR recruitment process. • Saved company time and money by empowering technicians to communicate the scope and boundaries of each job directly to clients. Achieved this by defining and documenting the responsibilities of each role within the contract. • Successfully handled responsibilities of Regional Manager in addition to Director responsibilities for six months while management back-filled the position. Achieved 100% of goals for Regional Manager role.

Production Manager

2011 - 2012

Managed the production, logistics and optimization of two plants and all associated processes. Oversaw three supervisors and 15 employees. • Optimized the logistics process of the supply chain by redesigning the entire manufacturing process from beginning to end. • Reduced the analysis time for a customer’s order by 90% through the implementation of a series of macros and dynamic tables that calculates the raw materials and equipment needed per order. • Hired and supervised Printing Supervisor to oversee printing and prepress development while controlling processes, reducing waste, and maintaining quality.

Logistics Assistant

2010 - 2010

Interned as Logistics Assistant for the #1 manufacturing and supply chain management of brake systems and friction materials in the Andean region. • I lead and developed a project to increase productivity by 12.6% and reduce ordering costs by 20%. • Successfully lead the cross-functional team with 12 members; including from the Logistics and Distribution Manager to the warehouse picking personnel. • Assisted in 5S implementation using Lean 6 Sigma.
