My responsibilities include driving our external relations, shaping our marketing and PR narrative, and spearheading our fundraising initiatives, while also strengthening connections with our shareholders. Additionally, I serve as the Compliance and AML Officer at Bamboo Securitizadora, our subsidiary regulated by the CVM, where I ensure that our operations adhere to the highest legal standards and best practices in risk and compliance. Bamboo stands as Brazil’s premier tech-driven DCM Dealer, revolutionizing access to capital markets. Our mission extends beyond merely facilitating market entry; we're actively reshaping the financial narrative. Through our innovative technology, we simplify the complex processes of debt funding, empowering a broad range of businesses to efficiently access the capital they need.
