- Managed the coaching journeys of 8 high impact startup teams across the agrifood space – acting as their hands on companion through the program, mapping their unique needs and providing them appropriate resources. - Led the conception, organisation, and delivery of a high-visibility pitching session for the teams at the Singapore International Agri-Food Week, attended by over 100 local and international delegates. The event was well received by present delegates, portfolio start-ups, and attendees. - Championed the company at the agri-food roadshow, winning a high profile Japanese Governmental Client. - Supported on dealflow activities for both the accelerator and in response to challenge statements from the largest agri-food MNCs.

ClimateTech Investments Analyst / Founding Member

- Evaluated 700+ deals, personally sourcing ~100. Participated in ~20 due diligences, co-leading 5, with 3 reaching the final Investment Committee. - Led Satgana’s partnerships effort, sourcing, negotiating, and closing leads with top tech firms such as Segment, HubSpot, Carta, and more, bringing total additional value to each portfolio firm up to >170k USD. - Built deals sharing channels with partner investors, angels, consultants, and ecosystem players across Europe (such as UnternehmerTUM, La Nave, Progress Tech Ventures). - Worked closely with the COO to align the fund with SFDR Article 9 and the EU Taxonomy Regulation, integrating best practices on positive impact measurement, Minimum Safeguards, Principle Adverse Impacts etc. - Proposed an integrated venture and impact Investment Process Map and contributed to creation of Satgana’s Impact Theory. - Led the conception and proposal of a detailed Gender-Lens Strategy for the Fund based on market best-practices. - Built early versions of impact aligned portfolio monitoring tools. - Provided support on marketing, Fund pitch crafting, stakeholder engagement, and various other ad-hoc projects.

Selected as one of the ASEAN region's Young Climate Leaders for 2022. Focus in Biodiversity and Nature Conservation. Programme includes an intensive leadership and networking training stint, followed by seed funding and mentorship to build and scale an environmental social impact venture.

Summer 2021 Internship with KPMG People and Change Team under the Digital Transformation practice. Used analytical tools to derive actionable insights from industry and client data. Worked on business development and performed client research, painpoint mapping, content creation, stakeholder management and various ad-hoc projects. Offered full time position on completion.
