In this role, I am responsible for leading the Equitable Operations (People systems, policies, processes & mobility; DEI, Social Impact, and Sustainability) team, and providing strategic guidance for DEI product development and go-to-market operations. Our teams' work in People Experience aims to ensure that the day-to-day transactions and big moments of our employees' journeys are impactful, equitable, and inclusive and that we incorporate social good into the core of the employee journey. Our work ensures that Culture Amp is able to achieve its mission to build a better world of work, starting with the way that we support and engage our own employees. In advising the commercial business focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion, I work with our Product leadership to develop the future of our roadmap to enable our customers to make progress on their DEI journeys. I also support our Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to build a strategic plan to bolster Culture Amp's reputation as a leader in supporting equitable organizational evolution and transformation.

Responsible for designing and delivering an effective diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging strategy for a rapidly-scaling global SaaS business, with a focus on anti-racist and anti-ableist cultural and process transformation. Additionally, I provide guidance and oversight for our strategy on how we build equity & inclusion-creating features and products, and guiding how we bring those products to market to transform the way Culture First businesses run. Role highlights: -Release of industry's first team-level diversity reporting paradigm and Atlassian's first diversity report -Overhaul of graduate recruiting program, which resulted in >46% female hires (intern and graduate) -Creation and rollout of a customized, action-oriented unconscious bias training -Adoption of proactive gender transition policy and gender-inclusive facilities initiative
