Continuing my efforts at building out GoInstant's technology and products, working with customers and realizing the vision for the Shared Web. GoInstant ended up delivering Salesforce SOS to Service Cloud, a mobile SDK for Salesforce customers to provide real-time video & audio support in-app. I worked with a great team of engineers to get the initial product built, through multiple keynote Dreamforce presentations, before leaving to pursue new opportunities.
