I co-founded Pure Energies which developed an innovative financial model around residential solar photovoltaic solutions. We were the fastest growing residential solar player in Ontario and were #2 on the Profit Hot 50 companies in 2013. Acquired two companies and built a marketplace in the USA for residential solar solutions, with offices in Toronto and San Francisco, growing to 160+ employees. Pure Energies was acquired by NRG Energy Inc. (NYSE: NRG) in 2014 to become a key piece of their NRG Home Solar division. I was the lead or co-lead for all capital and corporate development activities. Pure Energies was awarded as a Clean50 Company by the Delta Management Group and Canada's Clean50 Committee in 2014.
