Led the development of transcript-expression aware annotation for variant interpretation, and its integration into the Genome Aggregation Dataset (gnomAD) browser and models of constraint ; resulted in first author publication in Nature. Led the analysis of mutli-nucleotide variants in the Exome Aggregation Consortium (ExAC) ; published in Nature (ExAC flagship manuscript) 2016 and Nature 2020 (gnomAD flagsip manuscript)
