    2021 - 2023

Focused on improving the quality and culture of engineering in the roller-coaster crypto space as Coinbase's first Engineering Fellow. My efforts ranged from strategic interactions with the Exec Team to help define the north star for Engineering as a discipline to tactically working closely with engineers to help build a more robust and resilient set of web3/crypto products.
