    RD Station's digital marketing and CRM platforms allow SMBs across different industries to manage and automate their digital marketing and sales strategies in an effective way by attracting leads, converting them into opportunities, generating and managing customers, all in one place. My role was to take the company globally, starting with Latin America (Colombia, Mexico) and Europe (Portugal, Spain). Responsible for designing and implementing RD’s international strategy and iterating our international expansion playbook; My role directly oversaw a 30 People team of sales, customer success and operations; I also consolidated strategy and KPIs across all teams with international expansion focus— from product, marketing to finance and people;
