    - Led the payments and banking operations for Payfare, overseeing instant payouts and neo banking services for partners and end consumers. This includes responsibility over product management, PMO, client and vendor relations, and customer support. - Developed and executed business strategies to drive revenue growth and market share, resulting in a 300% increase in transaction volume and a 140% increase in customer acquisition within 2 years. - Built and maintained relationships with key partners, including gig economy platforms, payment processors, and banking partners, to optimize payment flows and enhance service offerings. - Built a product management team from two people to ten and introduced outcome driven product development methodologies. - Worked on business development with existing and new fintech partners in order to add much needed services to our neo-banking app, such as A2A/P2P transfers, international remittance, cash back rewards, insurance products, open banking, credit boost, 1099 Tax Reporting, and expense management amongst others. - Worked with engineering to build a Banking-as-a-Service platform built in partnership with our bank sponsor, AML/KYC vendors, network partners and issuing processors such as Marqeta and i2C. - The BaaS platform also includes access to features and functionalities such as ACH, RTP, Visa Direct, Mastercard Send, Visa SavingsEdge, virtual cards, digital wallet provisioning, surcharge free ATM network access, cardless ATM access, and retail cash load network. - Directly managed the PMO team responsible for card program implementation and ongoing operations including client account management and customer support. - Responsible for setting up card issuing programs with banks and processors, including program implementation, velocity controls, funds flows, and settlement flows. - Provided leadership and mentorship to a dynamic team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture.

    Working closely with Home Trust's Payment Solutions business and sales teams, I'm directly responsible for the design and development of credit card transaction engines, APIs, web applications and merchant portals. As well, I am responsible for day-to-day, 24/7 IT and Network Operations. Other responsibilities include: project management, product management, risk management, software process management, and quality assurance. Responsible for successfully steering and delivering the following projects to-date: - Infrastructure Refresh: Full migration of a 15 year old on-premise data center to a cloud-based environment in 3 months (30+ VMs, HA throughout, realtime DR). - PCI DSS v3.1 Audit and Compliance: Project managed PCI DSS v3.1 Level 1 audit and review. - POC design, solution architecture, product management and delivery of a leading edge Payment Solutions platform for B2B clients. - Developed and launched payments platform MVP in less than 4 months. Zero to thousands of paying customers in less than a month.
