I helped scale the operations of a hypergrowth defense tech company by creating a formal hiring org (12 -> 50+ people), architecting all the people and IT systems to use the best tools and be autonomous where possible, and executed dozens of special projects with the CEO. In that time, Mach moved from Texas to California, flew vehicles in front of customers, hired industry veterans and hungry youth, and set the culture for years to come.
