Maintain close relationships and active dialogue with senior executives at top global technology, media, internet and interactive companies and has differentiated access to top investors across the venture capital and private equity communities. Prior to PWP, Brian was Group Head of the Internet and Digital Media Practice at Waller Capital Partners and a senior banker at Morgan Stanley where he worked closely with leading private equity firms and their portfolio companies on leveraged acquisitions, debt and equity financing and principal investing assignments with a focus on the technology, media and telecom sectors.
