Founded in 2004, Victoire Brasil Investimentos reached assets under management of R$2.5 billion, exclusively in Brazilian equity funds. I started as an equity research intern, reaching Co-manager and largest junior partner. 2013-2019: Co-Manager of the Long Only Strategy (Small Caps R$1.6bn and All-Caps & Dividends R$600 million). Diligence in portfolio exposures, validating the theses value pillars, building the portfolio. Coordinator of the Corporate Governance Committee during the years 2013 to 2018, including relationship with Board of Directors and Supervisory Board, other shareholders and executives of the investees.
