No Isolation is a VC-backed Norwegian startup that builds communication tools designed to reduce involuntary loneliness and social isolation in vulnerable groups in society. Responsibilities: • Built strategic partnerships in new markets with commercial and governmental accounts • Built Cash Flow analysis and forecasts for management to influence decision making • Conducted analysis of key sales and marketing metrics and delivered weekly reports to C-Suite • Identified trends negatively impacting conversion funnels and provided recommendations to fast-track solutions. Helped cut data entry by 50% and increased my team’s efficiency • Initiated ‘Academy EU’, a medium for knowledge sharing and skill development in the EU office • Pipeline and deal flow management • Create KPI dashboards to support the CSO and Head of EU • Implement the CRM and Sales software used by 17 sales reps across 3 time zones

Geodata is the leading provider of GIS software in Norway. I was part of the Support and Advisory team and had the following tasks: • Customer support by phone and e-mail. The work was about clarifying, solving and communicating answers to problems our customers had with GIS products. This is a work that requires product competence and good communication skills. • Assisted in the delivery of technical demos in Geodata's sales organization. • Course holder for Geodata's standard course in the ArcGlS platform, including a custom-designed course for Esri's Web-App Builder.
