I provided deliberate leadership to 19 globally dispersed teams, through open communication channels, that clarified the organizational vision and mission. Steered overarching brand messaging for new customer experience and market research for new start-up. ­Immediately tackled project of consolidating a small SaaS Technology millennial company with a 40-year market research firm, successfully integrating over 1,000 employees into one company. ­Constructed leadership team; hired new COO, CFO, HR, CSO, VP of Product Management and 2 executives; VP Customer Support, VP Tech Support and VPs Engineering, VP Asia Pacific, and VP Partnering. ­Grew Allegiance SW revenue from $18M - $45M+ within 2 years -- Total Revenue $178M. ­ Defined global presence within London, Germany, Australia and Asia offices.
