- Hired and managed a full time Program Manager to scale to two programs per year. - Hired and oversaw three Entrepreneurs in Residence helping the Managing Director better support founders in the program. - Grew mentor network by 100+ mentors. - Managed relationships with Techstars’ Global Network Partners, mentors and investors. - Revamped CRM of portfolio founders, mentors and investors to ensure effective support of over 75+ portfolio companies.

- Worked with the Managing Director to develop the program plan and relevant curriculum and workshops. - Organized and led 1000+ meetings between founders and mentors during each program. - Owned all year-round logistics, operations, administration, scheduling, budgeting and calendar management for the program. - Planned and executed all remote and in person program events including Techstars Austin Demo Day which has consistently attracted 300+ attendees since I joined.

- Responsible for successfully scaling the Capital Factory Mentor program from 100+ mentors to 250+mentors, a program of successful serial entrepreneurs and investors paying it forward to entrepreneurs in the community, from Austin, TX to Dallas, TX and Houston, TX. - Hired and managed a team of 3 Mentor Coordinators based out of Austin, Houston and Dallas. - Led official programming for SXSW that involved reviewing 100+ mentor and founder applications and ultimately, pairing mentors and founders together for a full weekend of Office Hours. - Oversaw the mentors from Capital Factory Innovation Council companies (e.g. Microsoft, IBM, Cisco and more) to ensure meaningful connections between corporate executives and entrepreneurs.

- Recruited, onboarded and oversaw Capital Factory’s community of 100+ mentors in Austin. - Maintained relationships with mentors and a broad knowledge of their expertise and interests in order to plug them into the local startup ecosystem. - Met with 15+ startup founders on a weekly basis to provide feedback on their startup and recommend mentors for them to meet with during Office Hours. - Ensured mentors and startups had a seamless experience during Office Hours (100+ per week).

ISA's mission is to provide high quality education abroad opportunities to college students from around the world at an affordable price. ISA hopes that students who go abroad on our progams will gain a cultural understanding and personal independence that can only be achieved by living and studying in another country. • Main point of contact for partner institutions in NAFSA Region X: New York and New Jersey • Develop new relationships with universities in New York and New Jersey • Identify student needs in order to advise student body effectively per respective campus, from one-on-one personal advising to groups of 20 or more students at a time • Partner with universities' study abroad offices and faculty members to develop and promote study abroad programs on campus • In-depth knowledge of over 200 study abroad programs and their offerings • Domestic travel 15-18 weeks a year • Manage and mentor a team of student global ambassadors

Advise prospective students on ISA study abroad programs as well as, outreach to university students. Analyze student trends in international education to develop marketing strategies. • Knowledge of 217 study abroad programs including ISA Service-Learning and Internship opportunities for students • Act as a liaison between ISA and university partnerships across the United States • Travel to partner institutions for campus visits and study abroad fairs to aid Regional Directors in recruitment process • Improved on site-specific presentations • Collaborate with colleagues on interdepartmental projects such as program promotional requests and other marketing materials • Collect and compile data on academic offerings at international universities for student outreach materials • Update training schedule and delegate responsibilities to team members when a new employee is hired

Anjore (now known as 33 Tigers) is a culinary startup founded by local Austin chef, Deepa Shridhar. - Hire #2 and primary assistant to founder - Wrote weekly newsletter and marketed events through social media - Drafted and received a grant from Texas Food and Wine Alliance - Coordinated weekly farmer’s market stand by managing inventory and completing and tracking farmer’s market P&L. - Tracked monthly revenue and expenses, inputted data, and created spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel for business accountant.
