Handling the acquisition of leading North American e-commerce firm iCongo and all the funding and financial aspects of this deal, as well as leading and overseeing the integration of both companies' operations and businesses. Looking after the building and development of software and development teams in Poland and Germany. Building hybris' Channel relationships and partnerships with key industry influencers, organizations and customers.
