    Establish a club constitution, onboarding documents for new members and activity calendar with forecasted budget details. Hire for new positions in Business Technology, Community Outreach and Human Resources. Recruit for competitions and assist in forming teams for the Rotman Interactive Trading Competition and the CFA Institute Research Challenge. Coordinate plans with the faculty and Dean’s office and negotiate requests for funding. I oversaw an increase in attendance for all competitions, submitted entrants for two competitions new to the club, promoted collaboration between students majoring in Finance and in Computer Science, strengthened relationships with the faculty and community, and established connections that led us to a redesign of our branding and gaining important sponsorship opportunities going forward.
