Kauffman Fellows Program identifies, develops, and networks global leaders in the venture capital and innovation industry. It is a two-year apprenticeship program that features a structured curriculum with an individual development plan, executive coaching, facilitated mentoring, and peer learning and networking among the most elite in the field — all with a focus on giving back and one's responsibility as a leader in technology, innovation, and venture capital.
