Led vertical application software team for flagship North America PE fund. Co-led $17B investment into athenahealth, a leading EHR software and services provider. On-the-ground support for Waystar for multiple years, including core deal team for the $750m acquisition of Zirmed into the Waystar platform. Collaborated directly with CEOs, CFOs, Boards, and broader executive teams across several companies, including Waystar, Surgery Partners, Aveanna, Gymboree, and Toys R Us.
