The fund supports spin-off companies throughout the entire development process “Vertis Venture 3 Technology Transfer” is the first technology transfer fund in which ITAtech platform invested, a joint initiative of “Cassa Depositi e Prestiti” and the European Investment Fund with the aim of financing technology transfer processes

It manages the Startup Accelerator LUISS EnLabs "The Startup Factory" (with 5000 sqm Hub in Rome’s Termini Station), born from a joint venture with LUISS Guido Carli University which has grown into a point of reference in Italian innovation.

Supporting Innogest in analyzing the investment proposals deal flow which belong to the Internet/Digital sector, identifying the most interesting projects, evaluating business plans, doing market analysis and due diligence activities, supporting the negotiation of deals and supporting the monitoring of portfolio companies.
