Singlehandedly architected a scalable system to verifiably delete and recover indexed search data on Google Cloud. This feature is currently being rolled out as an alpha. Along the way, I authored a 10+ page design document that explained architectural decisions and built a system to verify deletion progress to satisfy Google Cloud SLA requirements. I also orchestrated data removal across multiple zones, replicas and database systems with different consistency guarantees. To expose this feature to customers, I extended the Python and Java App Engine APIs and development environments to support index deletion and recovery.

Co-designed and developed the StrengthsFinder Analytics Platform from the ground up in .NET. This platform is now used by sales teams at Gallup worldwide. In my spare time, I assisted with the design of a machine learning lead scoring algorithm and personally designed and implemented a custom search engine used across Gallup’s sites.

Educated student teams on the necessary technologies and managed them as they developed products to be deployed to clients. Facilitated communications between student hackers and representatives. Current clients include the Peace Corps, Solidarity Center (Bangladesh) and LocaLove Philippines.
