    Led teams to build the tiering and verification platform for the Airbnb Plus sub-brand. Defined key strategies and drove initiatives for the guest experience at launch, then shifted focus to host onboarding and supply growth. After launch, efforts from my teams scaled Airbnb Plus, driving growth from 20 to 200 markets and revenue from $0 to $750M ARR in under 3 years.

    I led the design team at Strava during hypergrowth alongside Ryan Noonan. During this time I drove initiatives to help increase the Strava community from 8M to 45M+ athletes. United product and brand teams, implementing new design process and bringing a user-centric lens to the work of the team—resulting in award-winning work that accelerated community growth. Managed designers, contractors, vendors; key role in roadmapping, planning, operations with executives.

    Led R&D team at Airbnb focused on piloting new products to complement core business, under direction of co-founder and CPO Joe Gebbia. Launched Mobile Guidebooks, Experience Marketplace, Guest Trip Mementos, Pocket Concierge, and created strategy for Dynamic Trip Platform. Made significant progress developing entrepreneurial products before team was dissolved to sharpen focus on improving core experiences.
