The products that my teams build empower McKinsey & Company Practices for every vertical as they partner with the world’s largest organizations to drive change and impact at a global scale. As a hands-on product manager, I built the Healthcare practice’s first comprehensive, interactive healthcare insights application and a product to drive the HIPAA-complient, Business Intelligence automation. As a leader, I am mentor to product managers and their corresponding scrum teams across the Firm. I am leading an engineering-modernization initiative, driving dramatic improvements in prioritization and visibility to work, adaptability, modularization, reuse of code, continuous delivery (CI/CD), and quality.
