Founded FreshNeck.com, an online, subscription-based men's accessories exchange service, to give men the variety they crave in their wardrobe for a low monthly fee. - Conceptualized from the ground-up, including market/user research, product, pricing, and design. - Manage business growth and long-term strategy planning including user acquisition and key partnerships. - Leveraged data/analytics to optimize marketing efforts across social, email, partnerships, display, and paid media. - Seeded and executed acquisition of larger competitor, TieTry LLC, to become largest player in tie-sharing space. - Hired and managed 3 full-time internal employees, 12 interns, and 3 consultants. - Executed successful sale of the business.
