Joined Abraxas to help build out the permanent business and focused on senior level recruitment within management consulting and specifically strategy, change management, financial services and finance transformation. Covering roles from manager level up to Partner level, clients included "Big 4" management consulting firms, strategy houses and FTSE100 corporates. IN my 2nd year became the most successful permanent recruitment consultant in the company's 25 year history and as a result was promoted to team leader and managed a team of consultants within 15 months of joining.
