Became the RockawayX management team's first hire to the investment team when RockawayX had $5M AUM, now it has several hundreds of millions. Raised $400K in sponsorship money and organized the largest blockchain conference (Gateway Conference) for 650 international software developers in 3 months in one blockchain-related sub-sector (Cosmos ecosystem). Conceptualized and initiated portfolio management processes and subsequently advised blockchain companies in RockawayX's global portfolio (worth more than $400M). Sourced over 50 new investment opportunities through BD activities and networking at conferences across 3 continents.
