    Joined Iterable as the first experienced business hire (employee #6) and helped it grow to 150 employees. During my time we grew revenue over 60x. I built and managed the company’s marketing, revenue operations (combined sales ops, marketing ops and customer success ops), finance, HR, recruiting, security/compliance/legal and facilities teams.

    Corona Labs was acquired by Fuse Powered in November 2014. As VP Marketing (April - June), I led marketing for the combined company. Items accomplished in first 6 weeks: - Restructured Fuse Powered's positioning and messaging - Launched a brand new company website - Executed on a new content marketing strategy (blog posts, video, whitepapers, reports) - Initiated lead generation/nurturing program As VP Operations (November - June), I led all integration efforts between the two companies and ensured there was a smooth transition across product, operations, finance and HR. Throughout this time I also managed all Corona Labs operations and opened Fuse Powered's 10-person San Francisco office.

    Led all business operations, including: - Marketing - Product management - Developer relations - Business development - Finance and fundraising During my tenure, Corona was used by over 300,000 developers to publish more than 35,000 mobile apps on iOS, Android and Windows Phone. We grew the customer base by more than 400%, built a large worldwide developer community and consistently ranked as one of the top 3 mobile game engines. Corona is used by all types of developers, from independents to large game studios, corporations to ad agencies. Apps and games developed with Corona have seen more than 100M DAUs. Corona Labs was acquired by Fuse Powered in November 2014. I managed and negotiated all aspects of the acquisition. The full Corona team joined Fuse and the Corona platform will continue to delight developers for years to come.

Investigated and proposed products in areas -- including payments, yield management and loyalty management -- that would have resulted in better/more sustainable merchant economics and loyalty to Groupon.

    MK Capital is a venture capital firm with over $250M under management and offices in Chicago and Los Angeles. The firm invests in early stage digital media and software companies. Helped source and complete due diligence on several early stage investments and worked with portfolio companies on both operations and strategy. Among others, led the Series A investment in Machinima (the company's first VC round) in 2008. Machinima went on to raise a total of $92M in capital and was acquired by Warner Bros.

Managed teams working on new growth and strategy projects for Microsoft's product groups. Areas of focus included: - Mobile strategy - Online and mobile payments - Cloud computing - Enterprise software Selected to spend 6 months leading business case and strategy development for Microsoft Research Asia incubations in Beijing, China.
