    Dougal stepped into Prognosis as the CEO in September 2015. In this role, he reorganized the company by flattening the organization, installing systems and higher levels of authority with front-line staff, and redesigned the delivery of service. These efforts and a stellar team gave rise to a period of growth for Prognosis that resulted in a 40% annual revenue growth rate. After a year of performance, Dougal led efforts around a growth capital campaign that resulted in the successful merger of Prognosis with Azalea Health Innovations, Inc.
