I help investors, companies & municipalities with their financial product/token structuring, regulation alignment, market fit testing with investors and ESG/impact strategy to unlock finance towards positive Local Urban Impact, restored natural capital & climate solutions. One-off mandates or ongoing services include: • Green Bond Framework design & impact reporting - I assist high impact issuers pre & post-issuance by designing & establishing the framework, acting as liaison with the Accredited External Verifiers and assisting on data collection and impact reporting processes throughout the bond’s maturity and full allocation • Help navigate international ESG accounting standards and Payment for Ecosystem services mechanisms • Review & update fund selection criteria, Investment policies & processes (including EU taxonomy alignment, SFDR) • Help navigate sustainable finance data products to execute Sustainable Investment Policies. • Coordinate capacity-building workshops for teams. • Perform ESG reports, ESG due diligence through strategic partnerships I work with • public or private companies, financial institutions, multilateral and national development banks, regions and cities, sovereign agencies interested in issuing Green, Social & Sustainability bonds • Companies interested in selling or buying carbon or biocredits • new or established asset manager or institutional investor who seeks assistance in the definition or renewal of its Sustainable Investment Policy & strategy I also work on: • identifying off-radar alternative investment opportunities across liquid and illiquid asset classes and across geographies which seek to maximize impact & public value for all while generating risk-adjusted returns. • maintaining relationships with investment teams at LPs and GPs to understand their global investment strategies and allocation requirements.
