  • Managing Partner - Senior HR Leader

    2021

As a female and minority owned business, we continue to believe that there are new and better ways to engage employees in this new way of working, and by using design thinking we’re able to put them at the center of what gets built for each of our awesome clients. Our clients include Inclined Analytics, Bloom Works, the US Digital Response, The Innovation Office of the State of NJ, Tech Talent Project, Vote.org, Black Wealth Data Center, Anti Defamation League, the USDA, Truss, Krebs Stamos Group, ADL and many more. Verge came together in 2020 against the backdrop of a global pandemic, a domestic reckoning around racial and social justice, and a far reaching conversation about workforce transformation. We had all worked with and for companies who knew they needed to transform their employee’s experience so that their businesses could flourish, however they didn’t have the systems, partnerships, or people team to do it. And the idea for Verge was born. Our services range from fractional HR and Ops strategic leadership, HR program development and implementation, talent acquisition, compensation planning, performance management, leadership coaching, training, HR tech analysis and strategic planning. We love what we do, and believe that our work can change how we work. To learn more, please visit us on our website: https://www.vergetalentpartners.com/
