    In 2010 I decided to freelance to work with different organisations who might need help with marketing, as a producer, project manager, ops lead. I was curious to learn about different ways of working, cultures and business models. In 2013 I was 1 of 14 selected for the On Purpose, social enterprise leadership programme (out of 100s who applied) and worked at JustGiving and Big Issue Group. My ideal business model is profit, combined with social impact. I've been working with leading social enterprises directly like The Big Issue Group, Bromley by Bow Centre, London Early Years Foundation, Pocket Living. Award winning agencies on brand campaigns for Google, adidas, Sainsburys, Mastercard, More Th>n. And advising start ups like Haule https://haule.co.uk/

    Clothes swapping community raising funds for good causes. To date we've given £9,000 to FoodCycle, Art Against Knives, Childhope, Hackney Pirates, Breast Cancer Care, Birdsong, St Joseph’s Hospice, British Res Cross - Set up and tested the initial business model - Worked with a designer on the first stage branding, for launch and beta stage - Event manager with a team of 10 volunteers (7 events to date) - Partnerships with brands (including TRAID, Dalston rooftop and charities) - Set up social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) - Partnership in Australia, to set The Clothes Club pilot up over there - Accepted onto business accelerators Albion Start Up Kitchen and Echo++ - High fidelity prototype for online swapping app

    Resource management: • Management of internal studio team for strategy, creative and design x10. Often when with freelancers the team was up to 20. Included resource and workflow planning, quality performance, and financial monthly reporting/billing - ensuring the studio has the skills and resources it needs to service clients. • Creative studio lead across a range of new business development, and critical Exposure Brand initiatives • Prioritisation of work and daily focus for designers, partnering closely with other Senior Managers to balance delivery across a number of campaigns. Using tools like Float. • Accountability for creative output of studio team with Design Director and ECD, maintaining a high level of creative quality Commercial: • Resource projection for freelancers, based on forecast projects for the month • Monitoring utilisation and inputting into resource discussions • Encouraging burn rates to be looked at to share learnings, and ensure there isn't scope creep • Help teams with estimating time required, and project managing some critical projects.     Impossible are a global innovation group with a planet centric design methodology. They help corporates and start ups create better products and services for the planet. I initiated a partnership with Blue Earth Summit in October where Impossible ran a planet centric design workshop for 30 people and had a lead speaker Tessa Wernick (ex Fairphone).
