Fishtech Group includes the Security-as-a-Service division CYDERES and the wholly owned security analytics firm Haystax of McLean, VA. Our venture investments include Perch Security and Foresite. Serving on the Fishtech Executive Management team, I am responsible for managing the overall operations, resources, and go-to-market strategy for Fishtech CYDERES. CYDERES is a human-led, machine-driven Managed Detection and Response service for cloud and on-prem environments. CYDERES integrates a client's existing security tools with our exceptional experts and the right orchestration and automation technologies to drive real outcomes -- not just more alerts -- via our custom-built Cyber Defense Platform.

As Chief Security Officer for Netsmart, I lead the team responsible for all aspects of Information Security and Physical Security, including strategy, architecture, policies, and risk management. I work with the rest of the senior management team in the development, implementation and maintenance of company-wide information security best practices, and ensure appropriate control objectives for system integrity, availability and reliability, confidentiality, accountability and assurance within the context of the company's risk tolerance. Netsmart is healthcare's largest human services and integrated care technology provider. Our technology platforms and expertise are integral to the delivery of outcomes-based services and care to more than 25 million persons nationwide. Netsmart serves more than 500,000 users in more than 24,000 organizations across all 50 states.

As a member of the Executive Leadership Team at RiskIQ, I built from scratch and continue to lead our world class Customer Success team (San Francisco, Kansas City). RiskIQ Customer Success provides technical services, strategic consulting, education and technical account management to our beloved customers, measurably increasing engagement, retention, and revenue. RiskIQ is an external threat management company. We protect external-facing digital assets – known and unknown – of any large organization from malicious actors. We help companies identify the internet assets that make up their Digital Footprint and map attackers' infrastructure to proactively defend against web, mobile, and social threats such as malware, malvertising, and phishing.

COO for a Security Solutions startup spun out of AOS to a separate organization, under the name Evertect and under the leadership of Duncan Alexander (CEO) and Eric Foster (COO). Evertect focused on security consulting services and specialized in regulatory compliance and best practices consulting, including PCI-DSS, HIPAA, SOX, GLBA, NIST and ISO 27001 / 27002. We built a world-class Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Consulting division focused primarily on the RSA Archer GRC solution. Under my direct leadership, Evertect achieved 3MM in services revenue and 113% of quota in our first year, dramatically exceeding expectations. The success of the first year led to significant expansion of the Evertect business plan. In 2013, Duncan Alexander, Robert Ash, and Eric Foster were charged with architecting a new organization, and under our combined leadership expanded Evertect to a full-fledged consulting practice, which was later absorbed back into the AOS parent company under the name AOS Consulting.
