As the Associate Director of Interactive Client Development at TargetCast, I have been tasked with launching a new group within the company focused on building new business, testing new technologies, launching new proprietary tools, and developing new ad executions to advance our clients' digital marketing. Additionally, I am continuing to manage day to day workflow and strategic digital planning for the agency as we continue to deliver smart, innovative, strategic plans, that challenge our clients to grow creatively and push our team to succeed.

Supervise a team of Interactive Strategists to deliver smart, innovative, cross interactive channel marketing strategies for our clients. Channels include: display, paid search, social media, video, rich media, mobile, web marketing, and affiliate marketing Work very closely with top tier web properties within each channel; Google, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, and various contextually relevant premium publishers. Also, deep knowledge and understanding of current start up marketplace including ad tech, ad serving, rich media, ad network, ad exchange, and agency business models. Successfully launched TargetCast proprietary reporting tool, Brand ScoreCard, to market for additional interactive department revenue stream. Also, positively influencing agency workflow in regards to reporting, optimization, and budget investment across platform.
